We are searching for a select group of Senior Recruiters that will develop and grow top level recruitment and other related consulting services for internal and external clients in specific specialty desks in  our Latin American Operations based out of  our offices in Santa Fe, Mexico City and Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico.

The successful individuals will effectively solve the following challenges:

  1. Source, interview,  assess and close top performing professionals  at the mid , top , C-Suite and Board  levels within clients in any of the following specific  verticals :

  • Hard Goods
  • Technology
  • General Manufacturing
  • Infrastructure & Construction
  • Energy
  • Industrial Products
  • Legal Services
  • Financial Services
  • Media
  • Retail
  • Luxury
  1. Execute and manage impeccable  end to end simultaneous fulfillment projects with a very high degree of service quality and top performance
  2. Positively contribute to our corporate culture and team development
  3. Effectively  develop and manage relationships with existing decision makers at all levels of our client , partner organizations and internal leaders
  4. Continuously and efficiently learn and be coached/trained
  5. Coach candidates and clients throughout the talent attraction process and beyond
  6. Work as an individual contributor and as a team member/leader on different projects
  7. Function as an implant resource  at client sites both within Mexico City or elsewhere (nationally and internationally) for variable periods of time
  8. Execute efficient RPO projects for international and domestic clients

Requirements to be considered as a candidate are:

  3. Excellent bilingual (written and spoken) and bicultural English/ Spanish or Spanish/German skills

  5. Ability to understand and  communicate with C-Level executives as well as mid-level managers
  6. Results oriented personality and discipline to follow processes and work hard
  7. Self-motivation, resilience and tenacity are a given for any successful executive
